My best friend

This is my best friend edwina and me.I meet her in 2008. She was 7 and I was 8.And we have been friends for 3 years.Edwina is a great friend she is a really cool friend.

Yaaho!! Today I was on Maths Magician and I have 95% on my Subtraction Facts by 9.I have achieved my goal,but next time I'll try answer it in 3 seconds or less.

Hi my name is Buddy,Buddy the angry sheep.

I’ve been working with the shepherd boy for a week and

two days.All I ever do is just eat my green grass and

sometimes walk which is really tiring.

I’ve got a huge problem with the shepherd boy

who lies everyday!

I am so sick of him lying to other people.

And I am pretty sure I  saw a heap of

wolves on the field.

Wow really scary they look a bit

like they dressed up as ghosts.

!!SCARY!!

The sheep ran into a house and hid in a

closet.The three wolves looked at the

Shepherd boy like they wanted

to eat him.He ran to a tree

and climbed up.

They were all safe.

The villages said to the

shepherd boy that

he had to scrub their feet

for a month for lying to them.

Introduction:

This is a report about NZ Giant Weta.

Diet:

The NZ giant weta likes to eat gorse flowers and invertebrates.

Physical Features:

The weta has spikes on its legs to defend itself from it’s enemies. Weta have been here for a long time. They were  even here when the dinosaurs were here.

Habitat:

Some giant weta live at the Mahoenui Reserve in

Waikato but most live in forests and trees.

Predators:

Weta are mainly scared of rats because the rats will eat

them.

Main threats:

Their main threats are fires because they can burn the wetas’ habitat.

Behaviour:

The giant weta are very gentle and non-aggressive.

Conclusion:

Weta are great insects and you should check them out.Giant weta are great to look at under a microscope.

Math Magician

Today I was on Math Magician and it is a learning game on Glenbrae School  and today I have achieved 100% in my divide by 3.I like this site because it helps me learn my maths.

Comparing unit fractions

Today I was on comparing unit fractions in nzmaths. You have to figure out has the most food with fractions e.g Manu had a small feed because he had 1/4 and kiri had 1/2 so that means manu had a small feed and kiri had a big feed and 1/2 is bigger than1/4. This is how I learn my fractions.It is on  nzmaths. I like this site because it teaches me lots of cool stuff.
