Safety first - Bigfoot Adventure people came to teach us about safe cycling. Johnny taught us the bike parts and what you need to check before you ride.Before you get on your bike, check that that seat is up to your hips, the brakes are working and the that the quick release catch is on.
It was a great opportunity to learn about riding safely.
